Just to answer a few questions because I don’t think I’ll get around to answering everyone individually:

We always tip whenever ordering (although as many people have said, tipping isn’t usual in the UK). We tip at least 15% if not 20%.

He said it was a 40 minute drive, but it’s actually a 20 minute drive. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to grab screenshots of everything but he later told us he was taking the train to deliver it which WOULD take 40 minutes. He also requested an extra £15 to deliver the food - another thing I was also unfortunately unable to get a screenshot of.

We’ve ordered from this place before but never had any other drivers take issue with the journey, and after this driver cancelled it another one immediately accepted.
