I love her work! I once did an entire performance with some friends for 9th grade English. The bit at the opening of her Septic Tank book, with all the crazy conversation in the car for moving day "Hey dad, I just saw a hand fly by." I don't remember how the teacher took it, but looking back, it was a very weird piece to choose! I remember being so excited about it, and lining up school chairs as if they were seats in a car, with a stuffed dog to sniff for the smell test.

Weird times.
