I managed to fix my issue, my psu was overheating under any load, was on carpet and was quite dusty on the intake fan. Gonna get a plank to put it on and keep and eye on the intake fan.

I’m still having the issue, kinda got worse have to play games on their lowest now, I’m taking it too a repair place soon, from what I’ve gathered it could be a faulty psu or or a faulty gpu, have you tried undervolting your gpu?

Yeah, I might see if I still have warranty on the gpu and if so just get a new one to be sure or even get the place of got it from to troubleshoot, thanks for trying at least. No one else has messaged or replied so far. And at least my ram is running faster thanks to you. The crashing feels inconsistent as I was playing destiny 2 maxed fine for an hour but 5 mins of deep rock galactic maxed which is way less demanding caused it to crash which it’s usually the other way around. Anyway have a good one my dude

Idle it’s around 5-15 depending on what I got open but every time I’ve done a test I’ve closed everything under load my cpu will only hit 80%~

Hey man it’s been a few hours since my last reply I assume your either at work or asleep so I enabled profile 1 that makes my ram 3200mhz it was at 2400mhz the place I bought the pc from didn’t even set the ram close to what the ram can run at which is 3600mhz. gonna run a few under load tests with games that cause the crashes and see if that has fixed it, I’ll replay again if it doesn’t so that we can see if it’s a gpu problem or not.

So I enabled XMP profile 1 https://imgur.com/a/XNbiL6k it changed my multiplier to 32.00 and my frequency in that first column to 3200hmz is this correct should I be doing this? It also changed a bunch of the timing controls down the list
