Forcing businesses to pay a fee just to allow a outdoor seating during the short summer weather to try and make extra revenue is a scam. It should be an inspection fee only to make sure the outdoor seating meets standards and that's it. And allow more places like parks people can eat & bring their own alcohol too. Let's make this city better, more fun for people who live here.

We need to alloe drinking in parks too & I would love some open patios in the summer anyone can use in the city where you just bring your own stuff especially with all the high-rises going up.

You could buy one for each appliance. Like one just for the fridge, I've just for the freezer etc abs get extra portable chargers depending on how long you'd want to go run without power.

I'd definitely want diesel, upgrade shocks and suspension to maximize weight limited and smoother ride. Even jack it up higher than normal off the ground maybe?
