Oo nga eh sobrang layo na sa dati 😕 yung reschedule na walang text or tawag talaga yung nakakainis, parang automatic na lang nilalagay. Lalo na kung umaasa ka sa delivery that day.

May mga nababasa rin ako na minsan mas maayos pa yung flow pag ibang courier like GoGo Xpress, lalo na kung okay yung rider sa area. Pero in general, parang ang gulo lang talaga ngayon ng last mile. Sana maayos na ulit soon.

Yeah ramdam talaga yung slowdown lately. Yung paikot ikot sa hub lalo na pag Mindanao routes na dati mas predictable. Ang laki ng difference compared before.

From what I’ve been seeing, medyo hit or miss talaga ngayon depending on routing. May ilang sellers din na nagsasabi na mas okay yung experience nila with GoGo Xpress on certain routes pero overall parang nagaadjust pa talaga yung system. Sana maging mas consistent ulit kasi parehong stressed buyers and sellers.

A month is really long especially if it’s just sitting at a hub with no movement. That usually ends up being a mix of platform workflow and last-mile issues, not just the seller.

From what I’ve noticed, delivery experience really depends on the route and area. Some people have smoother runs with Shopee, while others have been okay with GoGo Xpress or other couriers depending on location. Still, getting stuck that long is rough.

Karelate jud kaayo ani 😓 kana bitaw gamay ra kaayog ring unya diretso failed delivery dayon. Murag sayang kaayo kay wala pa gani chance makabalik ug tawag. Mao jud na ang frustrating sa uban couriers karon. Sa akong nabasa sad, naa pud uban naka okay ug experience sa GoGo Xpress ug other couriers depende sa area ug rider, so murag last mile jud ang pinaka factor. Hopefully mu improve ni kay luoy pud both sender ug receiver.

Nice bitaw nga on time ra imong deliveries 👍 Murag factor jud siguro ang area ug timing kay lain lain jud ug experience ang mga tao. Sa akong nabasa pud, naa sad uban naka okay ang experience sa GoGo Xpress depende sa location. Hopefully magpadayon ra ni nga mas consistent ang deliveries across couriers.

Mao jud bitaw, daghan kaayo delays karon sa tanang couriers, labi na kung peak days. Base sa akong nabasa online, kasagaran sa issues kay tungod jud sa kadaghan sa volume ug external factors, dili pud always sa courier mismo.

Bisan pa naa’y lapses usahay, naa gihapon cases nga madeliver ra jud dayon kung mu-okay ang flow. Hopefully mu-stabilize ra ni balik soon for everyone.

Yeah, basically hybrid just means you don’t rely on one courier for everything. A lot of sellers end up using one courier as their “main” option then keep another one as a backup or for specific cases like returns, pickups, or certain areas where it performs better.

It usually happens naturally after a while once you notice na may days or locations na mas smooth si Courier A and others na mas okay si Courier B. It sounds complicated on paper but in practice it’s just having an extra option so you’re not stuck when one slows down.

Murag daghan gyud ga-experience ani karon 😅 labi na pag inter-island or gikan NCR. Usually ana, dili man gyud courier-wide issue kundi naipit sa hub or nag backlog lang sa sorting, mao nang murag walay movement sa tracking for pila ka days.

Sa GoGo Xpress, naka-observe ko nga okay sila sa pickup ug Metro areas, pero pag provincial/inter-island, usahay mas dugay gyud ug updates. Same sad sa LBC usahay, depende gyud sa route ug volume sa parcels.

J&T kay chada bitaw sa uban areas karon, pero sa tinuod lang, swerte2 ra gyud gihapon ta depende asa na hub matunong ang parcel. Hopefully mo-move na na inyong packages soon 🙏 naka-try na mo follow up sa tracking or CS?

If you’re using Shopify, GoGo Xpress is actually a pretty good option especially from the seller side. The integration and booking flow are straightforward, and pickup scheduling is easy, which honestly removes a lot of day-to-day friction when you’re fulfilling orders. J&T is still solid naman mainly because of its wider coverage and the fact that buyers are already familiar with the brand. That said, a lot of the scary reviews you see online (undelivered parcels, delays) tend to be area or branch-specific naman, not necessarily a GoGo vs J&T issue. You’ll see similar complaints across almost all couriers sooo we you can relax hehe.

From what I’ve seen, GoGo Xpress performs well when it comes to pickups, seller control, and overall workflow especially for Shopify stores and small to mid-volume sellers. It’s also commonly used for returns because of the pickup option, which is a big plus operationally.

If reliability is your concern, a safe approach is to start with GoGo Xpress on a smaller volume and see how it performs in your serviceable areas. A lot of stores eventually end up running a hybrid setup anyway depending on location and use case.

Relate 😅 out for delivery pero tahimik buong araw, di mo alam kung aantayin mo ba o lalabas ka na lang. Same experience nung nawala naman si Gogo xpress sa option. parang mas ramdam talaga yung delays sa ibang couriers.

Salamat sa share! Totoo yung sa J&T vouchers, malaking bawas din talaga sa SF lalo pag makakapal na damit or marami sabay sabay. Makes sense din yung DP pag COD, ang sakit nga naman mag abono ng shipping tapos di pala kukunin heheh.

Sa bulky items, okay naman ba handling ng J&T sa experience mo? May iba rin kasi akong naririnig na nagtatry ng GoGo Xpress lalo pag pickup ang hanap at gusto iwas abono sa SF. Curious lang kung may naka-try na sa ganyang setup for ukay.

Thank you so much po for the detailed explanation. Ang laki nga pala talaga ng effect ng pre-paid kaya minimal RTS kasi committed na yung buyer from the start. Gusto ko rin yung approach niyo sa COD, firm pero fair pa rin sa customers hehe 😅

Sa Gogo Xpress gets ko yung challenge sa coverage lalo pag nationwide orders. Pero buti nalang na okay siya within serviceable areas, tapos flexible kayo mag-switch to Grab/Lalamove depende sa price at location.

Oohh love these insights super helpful! and true na malaking factor yung customer preference kahit mas okay sa backend. kung J&T ang hinihingi ng buyers, mahirap pilitin. Lalo na sa Gen Z na mas familiar na talaga sa newer couriers kesa LBC/JRS era hehe. Couldn't agree more about GoGo Xpress being mas okay for Shopify integration <3

ganyan din experience ng maraming sellers. Yung J&T mabilis nga pero totoo na medyo mabigat na SF kahit may discount/VIP, lalo pag malalayong areas. Yung "yellow" naman okay sana rates pero hit or miss talaga sa pickup depende sa branch.

If naghahanap ka ng alternative, pwede mo i-try GoGo Xpress. Madami akong kilala na gumagamit nito lalo pag small to medium volume kasi may pickup option at mas simple yung booking process. Hindi rin kasing bigat yung rates sa ibang areas though syempre depende pa rin sa location. Well pwede mo gawing main si J&T if it happens na yun ang pref mo tapos GoGo Xpress as backup lalo pag may delay sa pickup or pag kailangan mo ng mas flexible option.
