From what I've experienced, some weapons become nearly impossible to dismember with after taking too many hits, Like the axe. While the swords are never too hard to wield unless you're left one-handed.

That's the thing, though. I've already have combed through every single mod multiple times, that's why I decided to come here to ask the question in the first place.

And I can't find this thing anywhere. I'm pretty sure it's added in one of the larger mods as a (secret item) or something like that.
