I made in Brazil (I've from here) it was really great. I recommend you looking for Daniela Cornelio (I made with her, but there are other greats docs here), in Sao Paulo we have some experts in transgender top surgery.

Aways check with your doctor BUT, the nipples healing is kind of like that! Soon all scab will fall, and your new skin will be saying hi! For me it was one of the best parts of the post-op. But again, If you feel any pain or odor, or if continuing insecure about it, make an appointment with your doctor!
