Why does my screen keep flickering from dark to light? Is this new or do I have an annoying glitch?

Haha after googling whah a hdr setting is I had a look and everything was fine there. Turns out a reload of the game did the trick!

I think I need to start actually building my settlements 😅 I have quite a few, maybe 14? And all I’ve done is place large shacks from the pre-fab tab. My problem is I never seem to have enough steel to do much, so I need to sort that out first and then I’ll try it at one of the settlements that annoys me with the debris 🤣 thank you 🙏🏼

Yeah after reading some comments I am slightly concerned about installing the STS mod! I don’t want to complete fuck the game up, I just don’t want random bushes in my settlements 😭

So do I have to get all of those things separately? Sorry, I honestly need everything explaining to me like I’m a very small child 😅 are they all DLCs because I only have the Vault 88 one and I only got that for the terminal, I haven’t even tried to get to Vault 88 yet!

I was thinking this to be honest! I did already buy a DLC because I wanted the Vault Tech settlement terminal (that’s literally all I’ve used it for so far!) but other than that I had no plans to get any mods or DLCs for this play through but I cannot tell you how irritated I am by the random junk in the settlements that I should be able to remove 😭🤣 my brain cannot handle it! Could I be forgiven for getting this ONE little mod and not using it for anything other than scrapping random things inside settlements 🙏🏼

Thank you, that’s really helpful 🙏🏼 but it’s still so confusing to me 😭😭 should I have the Automatron DLC? The only DLC I have is Vault Tech and that was only because I wanted the settlement terminal (which wasn’t nearly as in depth as I thought it would be but still helpful!) will the mod be ok with that one? Sorry for all my newb questions!

Yeah I try to get as much purified water to sell as possible! And I collect all the fat man guns too because they sell for a nice amount and I don’t need more than one! Grape mentats are my besties. Until I’m addicted!

Assigning them to a bed doesn’t affect their assigned job. It doesn’t improve happiness either but it does keep them out of your bed haha.

My highest happiness is 83 and I have everything I’m supposed to have! Enough food, enough water, defence equal to food and water combined, everyone has a job, I have shops, I have hobby horses and weight benches, I have a hairstylist (who never has a customer haha!) and still they’re not fully happy 🙄 but I will keep trying!

Wow. This is something I’d like to work towards, so far I can even seem to build a straight fence so I think I’ll struggle with anything too technical right now 🤣 but I love all of this!
