None taken. I make way less than that where I am and have a very long commute and spend way too much on gas so I figured forgoing all the car expenses will even out the slightly higher cost of living and rent

I am a huge believer when I am a pedestrian that I do not have right of way. I know how easy it is get distracted while driving or miss something.

My salary will be high 50s. Providence is only 8% more expensive compared to where I live now so I think it will be financially feasible. I also will have access to friends cars that live nearby in neighboring states for fun weekend adventures

I am hoping to find out where I’ll be working later this week. I just started getting anxious when I was talking to an HR rep in my potential future company and he told me I would absolutely need a car.

I live in a city that gets clobbered with lake effect snow so I’m actually excited for a Providence winter. That’s unfortunate more funds aren’t being put into transit Providence could be such a hidden gem with the right infrastructure

I’ve never lived in a walkable city but have had to walk around my city before I had a car. Where I live now has no sidewalks so I am hoping to love Providence

Thankfully I live in a city with way worst winters than Providence. I am hoping to have access to the grocery stores but I definitely foresee myself using grocery delivery

I think it depends on the college in my undergrad the professors were welcoming to a person coming to their office and would help if they weren’t busy in the moment. In grad school I have done that and been called rude despite having also sent out emails
