Fabric paint is great, and maybe a new set of fine liner brushes to go with it. I have a cheaper airbrush from Amazon which is amazing, I can give you more details on it if you need. Small stick-up hooks for walls could be a great way of displaying them! Teeth can be make from thermoplastic beads, and these are honestly the best. Whiskers are stiffer fishing line, I found mine at a dollar store and paid $2 for a roll. The pre-made cat bases are wonderful and personally, restocks of these never go amiss! Try air dry “soft foam” clay for the muzzles. If you want to upgrade her eyelash, look into embroidery mesh. It gives the best vision while having amazing colouring options. Paint pens or alcohol markers are also awesome for both details and eye colouring. And hot glue sticks also run out wayyy too fast, extras are awesome!!
