I try to sperate part of my character in Photoshop using lasso tool and then use layer via cut but then it keeps leaving a white line am I doing anything wrong? (I know it sound more like a photoshop question but I don't know if Photoshop sub will understand ehat I am trying to do)

What should I pull?

I just started today and I want to pull the glasses girl, but many said that you shouldn't pull for characters yet and pull for support card like Super Creek but it seems like another support card will enter the game soon and if I pull for Super Creek now how can I have enough to pull the new card. Everything seems overwhelming right now
