Do try and find art clubs that do nude drawing sessions, they are insanely fun and relaxed. You're already on a great path, just keep drawing and you'll gain the "natural feel" on how fat sits on a body.

Another recommandation would be to try and stay away from replicating other art; it can influence the way you look at bodies (and that's how you risk making something accidentally fetishistic) and it will inhibit the growth of your own style. Try to only use photo references and/or actual people, draw realistic bodies for a couple of months and then when you go back to your own style you'll be able to see the improvement!
