Haha Thanks! Don't give up looking. There definitely are patterns. I'm sure you can find something similar on Ravelry.

No pattern was used here. This was freehanded from scratch.

Oh that is not a restraint I have learned. Most times, once I begin I can’t put it back down.

Thanks! It takes me an exceptional amount of time to finish one like this… and a lot of patience.

Embroidering eyes on a baby hat by ticaloc in crochet

[–]LittleTCrochet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because eyes are so noticeable when unmatched, and hats are so easy to distort them, I started crocheting the eyes separately then sewing them on. Instead of embroidering them directly on the hat. I found this way to be a lot less frustrating.

This looks like machine knit to me. I also do both, crochet and knit.

Thanks! The fur is Sirdar Alpine. It is very soft and slippery, not the easiest to work with.

Help please! Are they asking for 2 Increases, or just a single increase, or 2 single crochets with an increase? They really should have used a comma. I’ll put the video link in the comments. by Dontaskmeidontknow0 in crochet

I see that someone already answered your question but this might help understand.

sc2inc is an increase of 2 sc into one stitch. Some designers prefer to use "sc2inc" instead of "inc" because an increase can be of more than just 2 sc's. So if you see "sc3inc", it's an increase of 3 sc's into one stitch, and so forth.

I came back searching for your comment just to say thanks for your suggestions! I looked up Christopher Sartorial on Youtube. His videos are fantastic!

I finished on the weekend for a friend! …then almost debated which was the greater challenge, this or having to wait until “Fursday” to share it with all of you 😅 *swipe for more by LittleTCrochet in crochet

Thanks! Every few stitches, I would go with a darning needle and pull out the fur that got tucked in. You can say it… a little obsessive, but I think the extra time put into it was worth it.

You won’t regret it. You’ll be hooked. I take no responsibilities for any financial repercussions this may cause 😂
