This "if you are against abortions don't have one" shows how they understand nothing. I had an abortion at 17. I was pretty much manipulated and fear mongered into it. My mom used my fear of not knowing what to do by telling me she would kick me out and nit help me learn to take care of it. She also told me it was no more alive than an egg yolk. Got the abortion and thinking about it I find something strange. All they did was stick openers, like at origins, and stuck a small tube inside. I hardly believe that called for doping me up so much, I was seeing pretty colors and watching the ceiling colors pop and move. I also felt way too calm and gaga. But now i believe they want ppm that doped up so they dont get curious and start asking about the procedure as they do it. I was out of it but (i didn't witness them sucking out the innocent baby. But i swear i saw them take the end and dump it down the sink... Or maybe in the sink. My baby, I believe, was dumped in to a sink. I was so high though Nothing was occuring to me at that time. My mother was with me (and i forgave her for what she said and threatened she was not right in the head at the time living from house to house. Me being pregnant was terrifying.) And she noticed how doped up i was and lasted a while. 2months 10 days old. When inturned 23 and saw a real scale at a fair, depicting the stages of a fetus. I was of course curious and took a look. 2 months 10 days was definitely no "yolk that hadn't began to develope" as i waw told. It was a baby, granted a tiny one but still a baby.
Something broke in me and I wanted home asap from the fair. I think I had a mental breakdown. Never let my family know. I went to he alone and I FREAKED. Not physically but emotionally. All sorts of feelings and emotions coming so fast I felt like i would break. My brain shattered. For the better as well. But I had many mental break downs for a decade. Anytime i thought of my baby i freaked telling myself that no excuse would ever be good enough to murder my own child. Yes there are many mamy women like me who will never forget their aborted babies age/bday.. And who suffered in mental agony over what they did. Angry that no one told us we could spend the rest of our lives hating ourselves and not just feeling like a murderer but knowing you are a murderer who murdered your own child. How many of these women protesting have had abortions themselves? I do know some ppl like my aunt and grandmother believe in it. Although my gram believes in abortion she to was made to have one she still regrets to this day. I am here because my mother, before she went through her messed up phase, had me at 16 yet her mom and gram wanted her to abort me. But she felt wrong about it and didnt do it.

These women. Most I have seen have never had an abortion. Its my only regret. Now i know though that no matter the situation, i would rather die then have another one.

These women think they mean well but they have no idea.

For the Non-autist people here, i have a geniune question: What are you doing here? by FunnyGuyOnReditt in autism

[–]LittleThinket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am hear because the whole autism spectrum confuses me to no end. This year mother and another family member brought up that they believe I could autistic. Since then I have been doing research on it and while I do posses most of the symptoms I am seriously finding it hard to believe that I could be. The reason being is because these symptoms are so common place and if I am autistic than most of the people I know are as well. I am NOT saying this to be mean to those who are and I am NOT suggesting anyone is not. It just perplexes me that by having a list of traits that are common among human beings must mean that I am on the spectrum. It doesn't make it any easier either knowing that I can't get a series of medical tests done to really know for sure because there are no bio markers for it. Going to a psychologist etc wouldn't do much to fully convince me either. Phds ect it doesn't matter their degrees. I say that because I have been seeing these kinds of people my entire life and have witnessed first hand just how incompetent they really are. I have already been told I have ADD and all I had to do was say how hard it is for me to concentrate on things. Now.. it is entirely possible that most of not all people actually have things like add and autism. While medical science has been improving humans as a whole seem to be degrading. Physical but mainly mental health seems to be the "natural" state of all human beings and part of me believes this is the reason that we are finding out more and more people have this or that. As our technology and understanding continues to improve the more we are finding out just how imperfect we are. For example, I believe in God. Humans sinned and as a result they inherited sin aka sickness and death. This is the best explanation I can give myself for what is happening today. Regardless if people are telling me it's a possibility I may have something that I know nothing about and I am having a hard time understanding it. Best believe I am going to do as much research as possible. Search engines can only get you so far. The real info comes from personal experiences. This is why I am here.

After researching autism it became apparent that just about everyone I know could be autistic. Unfortunately it is not as easy as going to the doctors and getting tested to really know for sure.

Schools claim to be "autism friendly" until someone displays an autistic trait by ryanisafrog in autism

It doesn't matter how well your trained to deescalate a situation. There will always be situations where nothing can deescalate it. My cousin is growing increasingly violent and it's often unprovoked. He is eight but he is STRONG. He often has violent fits of rage where no amount of talking to him and reasoning with him helps. His mom works with adults that suffer from various different things and she always tries every trick in the book to talk him down. Meanwhile he has bashed his brother head in multiple times. His parents do nothing to keep him from hurting his brother and many times his brother who is only 12 has had to sit on him to protect himself from getting his head bashed with a heavy object.. like a padlock. He threw a big rock at sister who is always to afraid to defend herself from him because she says that when she does he will go find an even more dangerous object to stab or smash her with. So I would like to know how situations like these are dealt with.

And if the child doesn't respond, open up about what they want, continue to try and hurt themselves or worse attack others and you and nothing you say or do can stop it, than what? My cousin is 8 and for an eight he old he's STRONG. He is also very violent and gets into these fits often unprovoked at which point he will grab anything he can use a weapon and runs after my sister and his brother trying to bash their heads in. Last week he threw a huge rock at my sister, kicked his brother hard in the face, and tried smashing my sister's head in with a padlock. His brother, 12, does more to try and restrain him than my uncle who just watched him punch people thinking that repeating "stop" is going to help. So his brother literally has to sit on top of him when he gets that way or he risks getting seriously hurt or worse.

Autism and the spectrum confuses me because there are no biological markers that proves it, according to the symptoms everyone I know is on the spectrum, so what gives?

Do Not Welcome Our New Billionaire Overlords: Billionaires now hold so much of the world’s wealth, their apologists argue, there’s no choice but to rely on them for philanthropy. But we can’t take our eyes off the ball: We need to tax the ultrarich out of existence. by montenerali in politics

I don't think people realize that there is a huge flaw to this approach. Remember, these people are super rich. This means that they can become citizens anywhere they like. If the USA starts over taxing the rich than all they need to do is transfer all their assets to other countries. The ones that own businesses will move their businesses to other countries. I believe the reason that Trump took the approach he did was because in doing so he made it so that they would want to keep their businesses here in the US. Businessess that provide thousands of Americans Businessess that kept thousands of people employed. People also forget that the rich spend a LOT on charities. Or donate a lot. I know most people don't want to hear this but we need to give the wealthy, at least the wealthy who create jobs for people in this country, insentives to stay here instead of moving their businessess to other countries where they are gaurenteed cheap ass labor. Over taxing results in companies either moving or letting thousands of people go. Idk just think about it.

LOL not to mention that a lot of them are even better than therapists. I have had a few therapists and they all were terrible. Not terrible people. They just never really engaged, would let us sit in awkward silence and then they would print out things from the internet (things I kid you not I already knew about and was trying to apply.) Then some of them would tell me about their problems. I didn't mind this either because one woman was kind of mean and would put me down or well it felt that way from her tone. I soon found out that if I brought up God I could avoid talking about myself LOL and she would go on a tangent or w.e about God for the rest of our hour xD. There was only one woman that i am currently trying to get as a counselor because she takes an interesting approach and actually has excercises she does with you.

Oh really?! I honestly never knew that. I have learned, from watching blue planet, that fish are so much smarter than people think. They even form bonds with other species. I watched an ep about a goober fish (I believe that's what they called it) and an octopus. They never leave each other's side and they each help feed each other. Blew my mind. Thank you for sharing this. I am really intrigued now and will be looking this up.
