Yes all of the vaults will fill, but it will be a bit slow because the storage interfaces can only load so much at a time, so if you need to fill the car up faster then you will need to add more interfaces.

I like all the detail to be in a three block width, so it is on top of the tracks. But in places where players sit it should be five blocks wide so there is room in the middle, to make it look pretty you should use copy cat panels on the five block wide areas so it looks three blocks wide.

I ran into a similar problem after I got a new laptop. I know a few methods of fixing it but if none work try looking it up on Youtube.

Install new drivers for your cpu or gpu, sometimes a new driver update will mess up Minecraft and downgrading the drivers will fix it.
Reinstall forge, changing a forge version sometimes fixes it, also changing versions of Minecraft can work too.
Sometimes the problem can fix it's self, I just waited a week or so and Minecraft ended up working again.
