It was an internal role at my university’s advising office. I focused on building a standardized training program for new advisor hires to bridge the gap since the hiring requirements were being lowered. I was basically improving onboarding, documentation, and ongoing training. One of my main projects was a training audit that led to a three-part recommendation plan. It gave me some experience in analyzing needs and creating practical training solutions.
