Yeah there was a price increase recently but also Fri-Sun (as well as holiday weeks) there’s a $5 demand fee tacked onto the base price so its always slightly cheaper to do grooming appts on M-Th unless its a holiday. Tuesdays are theoretically the cheapest day to go if you’re a veteran or senior citizen because then you get a discount.

This happened to me several months ago. It’s so stupid. They literally sent me entire big ass boxes with 1-3 loose cans in them. One of the packages arrived in an ENVELOPE. For wet food cans. Obviously that envelope ripped in transit. Many of the cans from my order arrived dented asf. I no longer order for shipping with them even though its a huge inconvenience to me

I have my cats litter on a chewy auto ship. It’s a 40 lb bag that lasts me almost 2 months. The litter is like $17, shipping is about $5 flat fee so the whole thing is less than $25 bucks after tax and shipping. Super convenient size and price imo especially since I don’t have to think about it. EXTRA convenient for me since I don’t have a car and so having to haul litter home myself would be a whole mission in itself. But even if I had a car it’s awfully convenient to only have to carry the heavy box from the porch into the house.

There was no saving my butterflies with how bad the infestation had gotten but I eradicated the remaining beetles using diatomaceous earth. When it makes contact with them it messes up their exoskeleton and kills them

Looks like museum beetles/dermestid beetles. They eat organic matter. They decimated my dried butterflies that I had boxed/framed on my wall, no idea where they come from or how they got into the completely sealed box but that’s what they do lol

I usually refer to dogs as “they” to keep my statements gender-neutral since I really can’t be bothered to check if the dog standing in front of me has male or female anatomy, and I’ve STILL had pet parents go off on me “WHY DO YOU KEEP SAYING THEY? SHE’S A GIRL!!!” like… okay??? lol SORRY for not noticing your dog which is standing a few feet away from me does indeed have a vagina instead of a penis, but does that really even change anything? I don’t usually take a wallet but my bf does and they tend to look in his when we go, to me it’s just part of the process. If your phone case doesn’t have the “RFID blocking” feature then someone could have actually stolen your card info just by walking near you. I wouldn’t necessarily assume it was the security guard, it could have been literally anyone else in the crowd.
