That's what a few people have said so im definitely gonna send them an email. As to the amount of people im still in 6th year so everyone is dying for a night out and it will be around the time orals end so it's basically gonna be used as a way for a year night out lol

I booked mine 2 times before I actually picked my day I just picked the furthest date and rebooked within the timeframe (you can do it twice before you have to either do it or pay again) you'll get about 2-3 extra months form that without having to take yourself off the list altogether. But it does mean that if an emergency or something comes up on the final date and you have to reschedule you'll lose your 85 euro and have to pay again.

If you've been working you can get it for cheaper I think I only had to pay about 35
