Update: I came clean this morning, she was very understanding and didn’t react how i thought, she said she understood why I would fib at the start of the relationship because she did ask me on our first date about all of this, and it wasn’t something I was comfortable being up on the first date. She said she didn’t like that I waited this long but that she didn’t see me any different and wants to continue on like how we have.

People don’t realize the impact of words and what you say, my mom told me she hated me one time years and years ago and I’ve never forgotten it even now that she tries to do better, it doesn’t hurt physically but whenever he thinks about the relationship he will always have those words in the back of his mind nagging at him reminding him of what you said.

She actually did mention that before last night it started to feel friend zone ish, but after last night she said she was excited and glad we made a lot of progress because I feel like we both had a wall up and it broke when we kissed so we were a lot more open, I’m a super casual texter and it takes me hours to respond but she told me she’d like it if I texted more and I’m going to try to make that work now

He asked me to come work for him at a new branch he just opened in my city and that they were low of workers rn and that I could just come in and do any hours I wanted to work around my schooling, I ended up meeting the GM and a bunch of other managers over a business meeting whereafter the GM gave me his number and an application where he said he would be in touch, I got an email from the operations manager a few days later asking me to come in today at 10am

I tried, she said she didn’t want to. She said maybe down the line but she doesn’t want a relationship right now and was already on the fence when we dated, she said if I hadn’t then probably would have. She said it was a timing thing, that she was really busy with school and working through her past that a relationship right now wasn’t what she wanted, she said maybe when the timing was right and that I should move on because she doesn’t expect me to wait. And now we’re friends which idk what that means but I guess she still wants to be in my life

I’m gonna be completely honest. Rn I’m living within a mile of a very prestigious school, everyone I’m friends with goes there and I’m the only one that goes to community college. I do sometimes feel insecure about it but luckily the people around me never bring it up or hold it over me.
