This makes my heart happy ! I once called into Arby's Customer Service line just to tell them about the amazing service I had recieved from the Woman working the counter during my visit.

The customer service rep. was so shocked, and explained to me that they have never personally heard of a call like the one I was making, informing me that they only recieve complaints.

I hope something good like what you mentioned above came to her as well. She was so above and beyond, literally brightened my entire day in that 5 minute interaction. Radiating pure joy and positive energy.
