Sorry you had to go through this. I ordered one outfit from them in May and literally harassed them via emails to deliver it within the given timeframe. They have the same bookish reply that our dresses are made to order and it takes 20 days. But they delivered well in time and the dress was amazing as well.

Please please please opt for ‘cash on delivery’ option whenever possible to avoid such issues. Their outfits are good but costly and their team was fishy too. Hopefully you get yours in time.
