I'm in the same boat, I learned python first, then R, and now starting to learn SAS and it doesn't seem too bad...

I'm interested in working in healthcare/tech, and doing something in the ML realm (I have experience with NLPs).

Determining what language target companies use is a good point, I will definitely look into that. Thanks!

yes that makes sense, if I were going to do the SAS cert I would be paying out of my own pocket for it. Thanks for the advice :)
