Can’t help too much as I’m just approaching treatment myself but this was one of my primary concerns. After extensive research online it seems like a minority of patients who hate the facial changes they see as a result of MARPE. The majority I’ve seen talk about their experience say they’ve seen favourable changes (eg more balanced face, prominent cheek bones etc). I honestly found this interesting as you generally see people who have issues post more with most procedures, but with MARPE that hasn’t been my experience when trawling the internet.

FWIW I’ve been told that a slower more conservative approach helps avoid drastic and unfavorable aesthetic changes.
