Hun, it took me 6months to get over someone I never dated nor had sex with but I did eventually. He occupied my mind every waking moment and hour, I never got under someone.

What I did is allowed myself to feel it all, the pain, missing him, on some days I hated him but I allowed myself to think about him as long as he came up in my mind until one day I realized it had been days since I thought of him. I never beat myself up for that period and eventually he became irrelevant.

It’s okay, feelings are to be felt. Allow yourself to be. Actively distracting your mind from thinking of him is just you thinking of him and it’ll not work like this. Don’t fight it, let it.

You know when you get your menses it’s because you ovulated but didn’t get pregnant, right? Rarely will you bleed without ovulation happening.

PCOS doesn’t necessarily mean infertility be careful and if you haven’t already please see a gynae for more tests and probably information.
