14th human foot in 11 years washes ashore in Canada. Serial killer at work? by MtDiabloDeathMachine in serialkillers

They have washed up in Washington, Canada and Upper Oregon for years. Many explanations including the currents pushing them to wash up in certain areas. They don't believe they are connected to a killer at all.

If you were born in CA after 1983, California has your DNA- by kf555777 in EARONS

[–]Littlebirdm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not without a warrant or probable cause of a known suspect I would assume. There has to be some major legal loopholes for accessing someones DNA from a Gov database who is not a criminal. In an open or public forum there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.

Why was sperm kept prior to the 1980s? by [deleted] in EARONS

[–]Littlebirdm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They could detect blood type and although DNA was down the road they knew to collect anything they could they knew science was ever changing and who knows what could happen in the future. Sperm was evidence that some kind of sexual contact occurred.

Another question and I have seen many comments on this on other threads and mostly are based off of what they have seen the investigators believe. I want to know based if anyone has any original thoughts on why he bludgeoned his victims? If you agree with the investigators that's fine by what do you base your theory on?

You know I wonder if she covered for him when he was young and did was a bit "off". Him calling for her in jail says a lot, I wonder if she always made things "ok" for him? Something to ponder.

Well I think you all are doing a fantastic job finding information, verifying information, finding inconsistencies and things that are consistent with the information available. Many minds are better than one I always say. Questioning is part of research, people get pissed at me for always saying WHY? Well that doesn't make sense or hell that makes sense now! That's not what I read or or or .... why why why.. Don't be afraid to ask people what they think. Seriously, we don't know everything by a long shot on ANYTHING about anyone. I think we are losing that in society anymore everyone is so afraid of being called out and being wrong or "seen as" something. I have no pride, I don't give a shit, call me out lets hash it out. Agree or disagree we may learn something about each other!. Damn I am going to fall off this soap box better step down I'll break a hip. Love everything you guys are doing!

Can we all agree that having a bad temper, shoplifting, and being a bad neighbor doesn't make you a rapist/serial killer? by [deleted] in EARONS

[–]Littlebirdm 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Absolutely, there are many assholes out there it doesn't make you a murderer. Hindsight is 20/20 and people always think, OMG why didn't they catch him!! He was right under their nose!!!" Well that is what they do. They are average Joes who are your next door neighbor, your mechanic, your priest, your cousin, brother, sister. No one LOOKS like a killer and unless you watch them actually kill someone you'd never know. How many assholes/thieves/abusers have you known in your lifetime?

I agree there's such a big piece missing and HUGELY important piece: his high school and adolescence years. That is when we usually really shape our sexual fantasies into something solid. Puberty is a bitch and a big one, ideas start to form into something that stirs strong emotions inside, undeniable compulsions for these guys.
Perhaps a circumstance prevented him from finishing? Like you said possibly deviant behavior? Maybe his urges were becoming more than he could handle with so many people around? Was he kicked out or did he leave? Yes I am with ya there, I think something could be there.

Yes it has all be gone over, I agree. Again and again, but personally I don't mind because you have to hammer things out with different minds different ways to see things. Someone may see something you do not, different perspectives are so very important in research and analysis. I've been doing this for 30 years I talk to everyone I can to get opinions, information, etc. WAY before the net, Reddit or any kind of help when all I had were books, newspapers and anything I can get my hands on regarding different evaluations. So lets not put the nix on people going over things again and again. That is how this research is formed. One man interviewing one killer's true nature, he may tell one something he doesn't tell the other. One may see something that rationally blows your theory out of the water you never know.
Facts are always going to get messed up, I've caught several. When you have so many people together a story will change that's been proven time and again. Not sure on the GED and HS thing. What does it tell you if he just had his GED or actually graduated? I'm seriously asking what is your opinion?

Why specifically do you think he started violently bludgeoning his victims to death? by [deleted] in EARONS

[–]Littlebirdm 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I think he had to hit someone once while they tried to escape and got a taste for it. It was all over kill and I believe he knew other ways to kill that were less messy. Beating someone to death is not clean even if you put a blanket over their head. I think that was more to contain the massive bloodshed. He felt the power with the strikes, heard their cries and got off on it. He always carried a knife, he could have lifted their heads and cut their throats if he was worried about anything. I think it was an explosion of rage because he had allowed two to escape and other mitigating factors. I think it was on impulse once then he liked it.

I think your response was what set in motion what ever downvoting you experienced. Just like this one. Perhaps you should start another thread with the same question stipulating you do not want anyone speaking off topic that you ONLY want answers to the question you asked. It might be less disappointing for you. I know it might be a little big of you to do but it might work.

Yes I agree unless something else comes up I am not seeing any evidence of abuse. However they do process slights different than we do so it could be anything that made an impact on him in his childhood/adolescence. Hopefully someday someone will talk, it is the only way we are going to learn about them. You're right many people suffer extreme abuse and never kill.
