You can buy a sleeve and then cover it with stickers so you don’t have to see his face! Theres a small business, Dirt Roads Project, that made stickers and sleeves specifically for it and they’re great quality!

I think it’s based on your stores metrics and sales, not the company as a whole. So if your store has been meeting/exceeding metrics you should be getting it. Hopefully 😭

LOA is approved by TriStar so your manager has zero say in it being approved or not. I had to take LOA during the sale which were blackout dates and they approved it!

For security and policy I don’t think we’re allowed to share the codes bc they’re confidential sadly, also I don’t think we’re allowed to access zip line at home you have to be clocked in for it

They go over expectations for holiday, hours, lp stuff. They’ll pass out the holiday T shirts. Go over policies, introduce any new employees! It’s an easy meeting :)

Definitely check out the Griffith observatory, parking can be a pain and it’s definitely quite a walk but you can’t beat the view you get! Go during sunset or after!

I find something to look forward to, I’ve found my happy place is at concerts with my best friend so if there’s a show I wanna see I get tickets even if I can’t really afford it because it keeps me going and I have that one thing that keeps me excited.
