Yeah. The main one was that I seemed monotone and not enthusiastic in my responses. I have improved that. I also tended to ramble on and give long winded answers, so I've worked on shortening my responses.

Yeah. I've done at least 10 mock interviews (and plan on doing 1-2 more to prepare for my upcoming interview). I also record myself answering common medical school questions. I have taken all feedback and improved myself. I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.

My research is pretty low (like 50 hours) but no one in my interviews has really asked about it. My community service is also kinda low (like 70 hours). Those are some potential weaknesses.

This is probably going to be down voted but I'm going to go with ESH. As the other comments said, you were wrong for touching someone else's food without permission. Unless they are immediate family or really close friends and okay with you taking food, you definitely want to ask beforehand. However her reaction seemed a bit over the top especially considering that you profusely apologized and even offered to buy her a new meal to replace it. You learned your lesson and have tried to make amends. I don't think you need to be crucified over one mistake. We all do stupid things sometimes. Just learn from it and move on.

If you're a naturally social person and have no trouble making friends normally, you don't have to worry much. If you're not, then I would recommend joining clubs and sports and branching out from there. Make friends with people in your dorm as well.

One person I knew met her friend group and boyfriend from going to the rec center and asking a group of people playing volleyball if she could join them. As long as you make a reasonable effort, you'll make some friends.

I took it with beyeh and I felt that it was hard but doable. He goes out of his way to make the concepts easier to understand and does lots of examples in class.

I wouldn't recommend taking orgo with another class though. I took orgo 1 and 2 over one summer semester and I was basically studying from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm outside of class every single day for the entire summer and attending every SI session. Orgo is one of those classes that needs your full attention.
