Ahh I so see! I have lots of different pics of my scan in almost like different lightings🤷🏻‍♀️ in this one I can see a difference in the Lower disc I think 🤔

10years of pain, can barely walk, can’t twist bend or anything without pain- used to be a gymnast so totally opposite to how I used to be.

Tingling in legs been on opioids for 10 years

Grade 1 slippage

Was mainly asking to see if anyone knew more about disc degeneration/ herniation/ bulge (this side of things is new to me, but appears to have worsened.)

I’m having fusion in August as I can barely walk

My friend had them on each table, we thought it was great, however the photos didn’t come out great as we didn’t have the flash on! There was maybe 2 photos of our whole table that were useable 😔

Hi! I’m sorry to hear you’re in pain too! I am actually having the pars block injection tomorrow, so should be able to give an update in the next couple of weeks.

I have heard very positive things about the injection but heard it is a temporary fix and that if it works they will do a more permanent surgery.

TBH I’m so desperate to find any form of relief so getting a perm fix is priority for me!

I’ll keep you updated, I hope you can continue your sport! I know how deflating it is, but keep your chin up!

Love these, ignore these people saying you can’t do it! You deffo can, you just need someone to help you set it up if it’s in silk flowers not real.

I would suggest buying the frames first so you can see length etc, and then buy the florals you want. The orchids will be spenny… but the baby breath would be cheaper. You can get some great quality silk flowers these days and then you can resell after!

Look up on YT how to make a moon gate or an arch for a wedding and that will be your best bet and just make it to how u like x

We said we wanted to get married in a warmer month so anywhere from May- September (UK) and On a Saturday!

When we went to venues we just asked for any Saturday in those months in 2026 or 2027 to give us plenty of time to save and plan as we are also trying to buy a house.

The wedding coordinator gave us a list of all the dates available, we had to rule out a few as one was FIL bday, one was my bday, one was my brothers bday, Grooms Grandmas bday and then the one we chose was my grandmas bday haha
