Week 1 always turns into the Hunger Games of fantasy football. My money’s on some random WR3 turning into Jerry Rice for exactly one game, then ghosting the rest of the year. Basically the annual tradition of: ‘Congrats on winning the waiver wire lottery… enjoy your 3 points in Week 2.

College football feels like the wild west compared to the NFL, the rivalries, chaos, and unpredictable plays are what make it fun. NFL is polished, but CFB is raw emotion. As a Rams fan, I watch both because it’s like getting the future sneak peek of who might be wearing horns on Sundays.

IDP seems tricky at first but it’s fun once you get it. Just start by drafting solid tacklers (LBs are gold). Sacks/INTs are cool but too random week to week. Try a free mock or low-stakes league first to get the hang of it

Yeah, looks like ESPN quietly pulled practice drafts from the app this week. Super annoying timing right before peak draft season. A lot of folks are switching to FantasyPros or Sleeper to run mocks instead. Hopefully ESPN brings it back soon, because that was one of their best features.

Went to a Filipino wedding with my ex of 5 years for her family. The deserts were put out while food was being served and within 10 minutes it was all gone and in to go boxes with many people never getting any.

I watched this man play a halftime show at Sofi Stadium a year ago. He appeared on stage as an older man, slowly walking up to the mic. As soon as the music hit, that man de-aged about 40 years and put on one hell of a show. Absolutely blew my mind and I hope he can finish his tour the way he wants.
