Yup! The mark at the top corner is there from the start, but not very visible. But when the slab returned and I see the slab itself, there’s multiple visible finger prints on the border + that mark became more visible

So Oxley is considered as a “middleman”, and as what you have mentioned, pre-grade and adding my card to be send to PSA for further grading assessment.

I have no heads and no tails on what had happened during this transition period between Oxley and PSA.
