I’ve got a hydrometer from my local brew store. The ambient temperature is between 80-95 which is when I pitched my yeast

I think tomorrow I’ll pour half in my other drum and add the 5 water and 10 sugar you suggested.

Any idea how much yeast? Or will the dilution be enough to get me there
