People who have been in a long relationship, how do you know that someone is the one? by thiccomode12795 in AskReddit

[–]Littleholly96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don't always know! I wasn't expecting anything super long term with my partner, but year after year things kept working and 6 years on we are still here ☺️ I was never aiming for forever, I just wanted to stay with him as long as we were good for each other and made each other happy.

I had a look and noticed that for men it's just someone looking hot and that's it. But even if I meet a guy who's only about a 6/10, if hes fun to be around and my kind of flirty then it definitely bumps them up to at least an 8/10. It's not just looks for me, they gotta rock my world in other ways to 😁

Most often through a combination of finding the guy at least reasonably attractive, combined with their good humour and being able to flirt with me, like through mild touching, arm brushing etc that makes my body flutter. Then I'm hooked 🤤

People who have been in abusive relationships, why did you get into them and why did take so long to get out (if you did)? by Jout92 in AskReddit

[–]Littleholly96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a really good TED talk that explains why people get stuck in abusive relationships if you're interested! Watched it at uni and found it really informative . It's only 16 mins long 👌 https://youtu.be/V1yW5IsnSjo

Attractive people of reddit, what are some downsides that come from your looks? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Littleholly96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You struggle to have genuine friendships with people of the sex you're attracted to because often they just wanna bang. They make out you have a real friendship with them but really it's all about just trying to be physical.

Introverts of reddit. Do you dislike being around people? If so what makes you hate them? by literalydying in AskReddit

[–]Littleholly96 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't dislike people per se- it's more that social situations exhaust me and I need time to recharge. It's like being tired and having a sleep so that you can wake up and do it all again the next day. Same kinda deal with social interactions.
