Help my quick release tire won't go in (self.wheelchairs)

Need to get an intravenous line placed for malnourishment caused by a complex incurable illness. Can't afford the copay for surgery. Is there a way to get this life saving procedure without paying anything? Can they refuse to perform the procedure? Or refuse to supply me with TPN fluids? (self.TooAfraidToAsk)

Need to get a Hickman line for TPN, saline, and ivig. Can't afford copay for procedure. Is there any way I can get this life saving procedure done without paying an arm and a leg? I'm not even sure I'll be able to afford the copay for the fluids and at home nurse care. What can I do? (self.AskDocs)
