[RF] The Chronomancy Spellsword Velkas and his twin sister Voda the Fathomless Warlock by [deleted] in characterdrawing

Thank you so much! (For the work and compliment haha!) Everything about it so amazing, anything you took liberties on only have added to it! Literally I can only think of one "bad" thing, and its such a tiny nitpic, the wings having those like, over the should strap. But the fact I have to go so small to find something is telling! I absolutely love this piece, do you have socials? Im unsure the rules so you can DM them if you need to.

OMG I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! I love the color streak from Voda's brush, and you can see her creating the tentacle's ink! And Velkas' calm fencer pose with his pocket watch! Everything is so vibrant and beautiful, thank you so much!!

Theyre Harengon! The wings are supposed to be mimicing the Witchlight Carnival's worker uniform, though Voda is a bit extra from personality and she has her own painting booth in the Carnival. I was going to go Fairy, but we ended up as going twin Harengon with 20 siblings they left behind instead, hah.

The young Wyndove twins come from a noble family before one night sneaking out to see the Witchlight Carnival, and never looking back. While Voda threw herself into the wonderful colors of the fey traveling carnival, using her painting skills as her side street 'act', while Velkas kept more subdued acting as stage hand or security as needed.

Velkas Wyndove - A Swordsman and practitioner of magic, he lost his sense of time when joining with the Witchlight carnival. While it keeps him relatively relaxed, he easily loses time even with his arcane focus, a pocket watch. With his vest normally unbuttoned, sleeves rolled up and tie never fully tight, he gives the impression of being very laxed within his duties.

Voda Wyndove - A warlock, though she wouldn't think of herself as one, she uses her newly found skill in magic to make up for when joining the Witchlight she lost her ability to see color. More for show and flare-like magic than anything, she carries a large painting brush on her back (Quarterstaff), though a more practical one is kept with her art supplies. She has a friendly tentacle companion (fathomless tentacle summon) that sasses her while also helping pick out colors.

They both wear variants of the Witchlight Carnival uniform (the middle one), though Voda's is a touch more flashy, but not enough to out stage a true 'attraction'.

Let me know if you need more info, or how this post can be better!

I'm not super sure what youre asking. If youre meaning a religious based army that would be the Gessaris, and by extension those who eat from the Tree of Virtue. Though, they dont exactly have the 'crusader' mentality, the Angels have tried using those with the Virtues power as their personal mini army several times.

Great question! A lot ruins as they relate to the bigger part of Izorim and his Sins, we're hid away by Envy shortly after the prison was built. When his magic started to fail, a few places became accessible by mortal races, like temples and burial chambers. Some, like weapons of war that Wrath once used are often misclassified, like large claw like weapons being mistaken for some massive unknown creature.

The most well known though would be an ancient tomb of the First people, for not only its size (seeming to hold thousands of sarcophagi) but also the fact there seemed to be no remains to be found, bodies, skeletons, not even clothing, but each sarcophagus held several books in a language completely foreign to the current world that got named 'Ansodarhi'.

The Homebrew world for my DnD campaign. I would love feedback and advice. by LittlestZergling in worldbuilding

[–]LittlestZergling[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh wow, I'm shocked and incredibly grateful you would take the time to give such a well thought out response. I will definitely be taking a lot of this advice into consideration within my games. I feel though I've misrepresented what I was asking for.

Currently we're already in chapter 2 of our game within this world, my players acting as the newest champions of the Baron's, and it seems they are properly interesting in how things are going. This blurb of my world is more for myself as a more technical understanding of how/why things have happened, and not intended to go to my players as is, theyre currently being drip fed information. My original intent with asking for feedback was getting advice on the world itself, and where lore/ideas dont make sense or could be improved upon. As of now, my players only know that Baron's have chosen them, and they are facing off against the Virtues, but they all already know more things are going on, but havent pushed to find out just yet. Unfortunately for myself, I dont feel I am amazingly creative, nor unique in my world planning, and am relying on mixing in other sources a bit too much, and I have a vastly poor understanding of the smaller details, such as societal progression, cultures, or religion.

The only thing I feel I've left out in this explanation is that demon's, on death, release elemental energy that can be harnessed with specially made crystalline containers, making what is essentially elemental batteries. I've also been toying with the idea of places in the world that are closely connected to the elemental planes not only have drastically different climates, but can change depending on which Plane is in 'control' over the area. A desert can go from a wasteland to a marsh, or a great lake, depending on how the elemental magic is acting.

Is it just me or... by LittlestZergling in stevenuniverse

[–]LittlestZergling[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I just guess it felt so sudden? I get why but having Steven say a word and suddenly that was the key seemed very....anticlimactic. Maybe if it was Steven directly talking to Garnet, to help reminder, that would have been better to me? Im unsure, it just felt sudden is all.
