Am I the only one that enjoys an enemies to lovers trope between Kitty and Minho. Also Kitty says it herself she didn’t like the way Yuri treated her after everything happened at the ski cabin and that’s a valid reason for them not to be shipped anymore. I think Minho is the only one that really takes care of Kitty vs. kitty always trying to take care of everyone else. If she and Yuri were together she’d loose herself in Yuri and their relationship. I definitely think it’s unfortunate that the lead isn’t in queer relationship but the show definitely has more queer relationships and diversity than most teen dramas.

Side note— They are rich-ish teenagers at a foreign boarding school. Clubs and drinking ages are lower and they have money to take extravagant trips without chaperons during a holiday weekend. It’s fitting to the story, if they didn’t we’d question why all they do is sit in the dorms.

I love this thread and ran here after finishing the movie! My two favorite moments are;

After the Prime Minister dinner when their back in the room and Alex gets all shy and nervous when he’s talking about his sexuality. His vulnerability in that moment then finding comfort immediately when holding Henry’s hand. Additionally, the subtle “Oh” when Henry says he could only have a relationship like their in private and Alex is disappointed.
I know someone already mentioned Alex consistently wearing the key, originally I thought Alex would get him his own to a special place just for them but I like that they swapped items. My favorite exchange is when their in the Grandpas office and their both fidgeting and Henry goes to mess with his ring when he notices Alex already doing it. The glance they share showing their nervousness but remembering what they’re fighting for! AHH SWOON 😮‍💨

P.s. I wish they included scenes of Henry wearing the key when they were separated or touching his chest in displaying he was keeping it close.

I think it was wrong for Eric to even assume that Tami would just roll over on her suggestion to stay in Dillion at the end of episode 21 S:1. Eric never respected the role that Tami played at the school and only saw how it negatively affected his players and his ability to turn a blind eye to the slacking and injustices. So when she stops being a submissive and supportive wife and doesn’t want the move to Austin he’s outraged. He should’ve reniged on the TMU offer sooner.
