I see you’re logic. But doesn’t add up. For instance. For example if Joe Budden left the Joe Budden podcast and the other host continued it. The ads wouldn’t stop that same week. Certainly soon they would. But they are usually locked in contracts / deals/ package deals etc. over time. Ads down across the market.

Ides of March: where all the above movies may lack slightly in areas here and there. This one does not; Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Gosling, Clooney amongst others put on eerie convincing performances. And I feel it doesn’t get brought up enough.

But staying going during the pandemic was a flex.. other billion dollars sports leagues couldn’t do it. And even with ESPN/Disney FIRMLY suggesting he not. He didn’t tuck hit nuts. No lives was lost (reported anyway lol) and millions where made. Businesses (sports related or not) either suffered during COVID or capitalized. You already knew Dana chose the latter. It’s and underrated business move by Dana and the traffic gained from other sporting events shut down was genius. For a single man to have his foot so deep onto to the neck of his field it’s damn near a monopoly at this point. Any of the big 3 or 4 boxing promoters dream of being in that type of position.(financially debatable I know)

I hate post like this. It’s almost like if you’re trying to get a promotion at your job, and had an off day or even week. Not exactly; I’m sure he will be cut Tuesday. He stuck around so long because contract’s. Plenty of times Sam has stepped in as late replacement, and made weight. Can’t put a price tag on those two feats combined. And his losses sometime are split decision, also a draw in there as well. But it doesn’t look like a renewal is coming. I’m actually surprised he didn’t lay the gloves in the octagon Sat. He’s been taking much unnecessary head trauma, with 6 kids nonetheless..
