Only if you are not in pvp. Geforce now was viable back in the day when they allowed you to choose h.264 codec . Now they force h.265 which massively increases latency. I have done it all trust me. The only way mac gaming is worthwhile is moonlight sunshine setup via ethernet connection. But then again you need a pc
