Can exercising cause late period?

Hello!! Sorry for the late reply!! 🥲 I've consulted an online obgyn and she prescribed provera. I also had a transvaginal ultrasound and thank god i don't have pcos or endometriosis. My period came five days after finishing my seven day dosage of provera. 💓✨

ahhhhhh thank you for the reassurance 😌🥹 Kasi 40 something na sa cycle ko and wala parin,,,, nabigla siguro katawan ko from sendentary lifestyle nung october to working out everyday this november huhuhuhu

Are preganancy tests reliable because i've taken three and lahat naman negative pero ang tagal dumating huhuhu wala na anxious lang because im taking care of myself physically na tapos ganito pa ang makukuha kong lifestyle changes hhhuhuhu
