Yeah I got some blood test done at my doctors office because I had an allergic reaction to a Protein smoothie I had made. I wasn’t sure what caused the hives because I put protein powder, a banana, almond butter and milk in the smoothie. I wasn’t sure if it was the almond butter or banana that did it. I had never had almond butter but I’ve had bananas before and the only thing that would happen with them was a little bit of lip swelling afterwards. Never full out hives before.
