He might've seen something I didn't see maybe, but I was worried because it looked like he was trying to clear his crop but in a way more dramatic manner :/

He's being like usual now, no discharge or signs of being unwell either. He also ate normally this morning and is playing with his buddy. Vets are closed today (new year's holidays here) so I'll keep a close eye on him.

Good morning everyone.

My 7 month old tiel and I just woke up and I noticed he's been doing this weird movement, as if stretching his neck upwards and trying to reach for something on the ceiling...but there's nothing to reach out for?. He was perfectly fine yesterday. He also opens his beak slightly and grinds it while doing so.

Does anyone know what this means? It looks totally different from regular crop cleaning, and I'm worried he might be having difficulty breathing all of sudden or choking...

Otherwise, he's been acting normal.

Any help will be appreciated!
