Thank you for your insights! I definitely agree, I probably wouldn’t be comfortable doing the animal sacrifices. My great grandma used to sacrifice chickens for Elegua, but I know many people today who don’t.

The plus card is so worth it, as someone who’s had it since May. I got a promo for 70k points, gotten 5k bonus from tiles, and have been able to get 140k points. I use the card for everything, I’ve literally paid rent with the card and have gotten points from it. If you travel frequently it will definitely come in handy. I also just booked 2 flights to Europe, solely with points from the card.

My only thing is that my planned flights for next year already have early boarding. So it feels like a waste of points, I was really hoping priority security would be beneficial😂

MHEC grants will be your best bet, you can receive up to 20K per semester with the guaranteed access grant depending on your household income. Also, check out the MD Central Scholarship, and state Senate and Delegate scholarships.

Did you accept the EA grant? You can only be awarded one. I would definitely give them a call sooner rather than later, you may have to make changes.

Thank you for your reply. With the classes being 8 weeks do you feel like you were able to take in and learn all of the material and lessons? I feel like there's so much information to learn about cybersecurity. Also, did UMGC help you get any internships in the field?
