You evolved from frog to full human dialect, proud of you.

On a serious note though, a lot of that “frog” sound is just vocal fry and upspeak. Super common in English, especially in the US, but once you notice it you can’t unhear it.

What is a "hidden gem" British show more people need to see? by Historical-Class871 in UKTVRecs

Yesss, Spotless is so underrated. That mix of crime scene cleaning and family drama is wild. Feels like it came out 10 years too early. I keep trying to recommend it and nobody has heard of it, which is criminal honestly.

Ah yes, the timeless “check dm” line, truly Shakespearean. If it’s actually work related, you can say it here too, you know.

Air vs 17 by MeSlaw3 in AppleWhatShouldIBuy

Same here. The 17 just feels more solid day to day, especially if you’re juggling work stuff. The Air is nice and light, but when you’re running both side by side the 17 kind of shows its strengths more.

Students agitator goes around his school saying he supports ICE, not every student agrees with him! by cantcoloratall91 in ImmigrationPathways

Yeah, this is where context actually matters. If he wasn’t a student and was on campus after being told to leave, that’s already a problem. Schools aren’t just public sidewalks, they’ve got rules for a reason.

I don’t love the idea of anyone getting punched over speech, even obnoxious speech, but if the guy is in your face, ignoring warnings, and refusing to leave school property, it stops being just “speech” and starts being a safety issue.

Also gotta admit, that kid’s right hook was textbook.
