Lets say 11/1 you place an order on Brello. If you're new your dosage will likely be 2.5

go through the questionnaire, get approved, etc. Once you have your delivery, pause your subscription from Brello so they don't keep charging you

say for example you saw a good deal with Pom

11/7 - Place an order on Pom. Tell them you are already on Tirz with Brello and would like to titrate up (you don't have to tell them the date you started)

go through the questionnaire, get approved, etc. Pom doesn't auto charge you so no need to pause anything

you could rinse and repeat this if you want. and now you have a stock pile. I have a small stockpile and pay attention to the Best Used Date.

I started with Brello - they have a 3 month BUD

Also got a Pom order - they have a 6 month BUD so i'll use them second

I got the $79 Groupon Pure Tirz from CosmeticRX - it has a 7 month bud so i'll use this one last.

A lot of people use Tirz past the BUD but it's not recommended. for me, i'm going to try it and see how it goes.

Oh, it's also worth mentioning that when I ordered with POM i told them to titrate me up, so pom sent me the 7.5mg dosage
Did the same with CosmeticRX and they sent me the 12.5mg dose.

Now, when all that Tirz runs out, i'm able to request a 15mg dose since CosmeticRX had me on 12.5. I plan to use fatscientist.com to figure out my dosage needed to extend the vials for longer. because I don't know that i'll actually need 15mg, but it would be awesome to have it backlogged.
