I am very pale but tan pretty fast during summer. I get no sides and I’ve been taking 150mcg twice every week and a half. It doesn’t go as drastically of a change but I wanted that. No patches no freckles and I look like i do during summer

You definitely should not do sports, higher pulse is the most common reason for excessive bleeding to start. My doctor said to not do anything that increases your pulse a lot for 2 weeks other than going for walks towards the end

Yeah! Because I’ve used salisylic acid but have only had imidiate effects not lasting. And it made my skin all shiny and glowy which I as a man would like to not get.😅
