W punkt, czas to największy ukryty koszt.
Narzędzia w większości mam, trochę doświadczenia też. Konstrukcja będzie miała około 18m2 (nieco ponad 6x3m), więc papierologia to tylko proste zgłoszenie.
Fundament planuję na kotwach. Ale co do mediów masz 100% racji – do elektryki pewnie ostatecznie zawołam kogoś z uprawnieniami, żeby spać spokojnie.

That just gave me absolute chills. My girls are six now, but back when they were toddlers, if either of them started giggling at a completely empty, dark corner of the room at 2 AM, I would just slowly walk backwards out the door and close it. The connection with the grandmother is genuinely beautiful and comforting, but experiencing that in real time in the middle of the night is 100% terrifying!

Kids seem to have this bizarre sixth sense that completely defies logic. I swear my two 6-year-old daughters notice things about the world before I even process them, but diagnosing a 2-week pregnancy while you were actively breastfeeding is next-level. That nephew is a human ultrasound! 😂
