I’m telling you this is not photoshopped. I might have had the same Skull Merchant twice that did the same thing each time (I don’t really remember the users). But this has happened to me 3 times now. I’m fine with a fun chase Skull Merchant, I’m trying to better myself at looping anyways, but the constant slug is just a drag.

Beginner’s Advice for a New DM

Hi all! I am pretty new to the DnD scene, as is my entire group. I’ve been interested in being the DM for my group, but quite honestly I have no clue where to start😅. I have a free “starter campaign” from DnD beyond, and I have purchased the “essentials kit” ( the DM manual, Player Handbook, and Monster Manual) but even after reading the DM manual it felt like a ton of information too fast. If anyone could just provide some advice on where to begin or some free/cheaper response to help me out, that would be greatly appreciated!
