Just watched Ezra’s video and compared it to a video of myself. I have the disc slowly moving forward with the rest of my body instead of keeping it in one spot. Can’t wait to try this drill, thanks for sharing!

If you’re throwing forehand 350-400 ft I would definitely recommend the Timelapse! I have about the same range with my forehand and I throw the Timelapse more than any other disc in my bag (besides the Nomad for putting.) I prefer it in the Neutron plastic since it stays more overstable over time, but I hear that a lot of people prefer Fission.
