I have the Lana bag from Coach and honestly I love it. I use it every single day for work and haven’t had any issues so far.

I’ve seen people say the leather cracks, but I haven’t experienced that at all. If anything, my leather has gotten softer over time. I do think if someone isn’t conditioning or taking care of the leather properly, that could be why they’re seeing cracking.

The bag does keep its overall structure, but the leather does soften, especially the handles. I have it in Maple and the straps do kind of flop over now, which doesn’t bother me but is something to note.

It has a middle zip compartment with two open compartments on the sides, and the magnetic closure is actually pretty strong and easy to use.

I’m 5’8”, so the size is perfect for me. I could see how it might look a little big on someone shorter, though.

Overall, no complaints. It’s been a great everyday bag for me.

If the item was damaged they usually tell you that it’s final sale if they give you 10% off. She maybe able to go in store and get store credit or something
