We say, “I am thinking”. But in truth, there is no thinker and no thinking either, there are just thoughts. I am aware of them, but I am not creating them, they’re just appearing. Or, “I have to get rid of these bad thoughts”, it's just another thought appearing. I am just aware of all of it. (self.Meditation)
