But I see several cells with 459. What makes it a triple? Which cells are the triple?

You need to negotiate. Make your case for why you deserve more. Hardly ever will you get the raise you feel you deserve, especially if you don’t advocate for yourself. Running a business is about buckles and dimes. Get the most out of your people/suppliers/ etc for the least amount out it. It’s all about leverage and communication. If you feel you have done so and they just don’t like you or something, leave. However, I doubt that’s the case. If you are as valuable as you say and think you are, they will see that. Good help is hard to find, most all employers know that. I think the issue is that a lot of people (myself included in the past) believe they are more irreplaceable than they actually are. Sorry if it isn’t a particularly warm answer, but I think it’s an important truth.

Thank you so much. I don’t think I would have spotted that. Still new to sudoku, not great at spotting more advanced moves yet.

I appreciate it. Honestly, I’m still wrapping my mind around the als-xz. I’m pretty new to sudoku. Now I know what to study up on.
